I will then beautifully showcase your home in such a way as to tell its story and illicit an emotional response from a buyer so that they fall in love with it almost before they see it in person. I will create all kinds of eye candy for the buyer, such as numerous professional photos, virtual tours, walk-through property videos and more, so they engage with your listing online for a longer period of time.
Once offers come in, and we successfully negotiate a contract, I will then work diligently to insure your needs are met during escrow, that the buyer and agent follow through and adhere to the terms of the contract and insure that escrow closes on time.
